CerealKillaz.org Bustaz Beware

The rules are as follows: 

1.  Don't Quit games period.  RL stuff is only reason to quit, and that kinda shit don't happen much.

2. Sign up for the website www.cerealkillaz.org.

3. Be cool and have fun.

4. Be active on some area of the CerealKillaz clan (site,mumble, cabal, magic, etc.)

5. In accordance with our agreement with MTGO no CK member will bash other clans in public areas of MTGO (I.E. multiplayer chat, trading area, tournament rooms)

6. Stomp shit yo.

Any legitimate CerealKillaz member may request that any non-CerealKillaz member leave the mumble server while they are on. If said non-CK does not leave, then said CK may have a server administrator kick or ban that user, as the admin sees fit.

All CKs have the right to be treated with respect and have a comfortable place to chat as they see fit on the mumble. Please do not impede on the rights of others in this respect and they shall be expected not to impede on yours. In other words, if you don't like the chat in the room, go to a different room.

Prime Minister:

• Prime Minister

  

• • The Prime Minister will convene a Council from the ranks of the CerealKillaz organization.
  • The Prime Minister is responsible for deciding and allocating the procedural rules and duties for the clan. He or She will direct and chart the overall direction of growth for the clan.
  • The Prime Minister is also responsible for creating the form and function the governing body of the clan will take. The Prime Minister is responsible for ensuring the viability of the clan and specifically that of its governing body; as such The Prime Minister is charged with continually shaping the form the governing body takes.
  • In the event the current form of government proves non-viable it is in his or her discretion to dissolve that form and establish a new one.
  • The Prime Minister may at any time Issue an Executive Order to decide an issue within the clan governance and that Order shall be upheld by the rank and file.
  • The Prime Minister will be responsible for overseeing the enforcement of the rules of the clan.
  • The Prime Minister may make Field Promotions up to and including Field Marshal and its equivalent ranks.
  • The Prime Minister may create and fill Advisory positions as he/she feels best fit the betterment of CerealKillaz.
  • The Prime Minister may create and fill positions within the Cabinet as he/she feels best fit the betterment of CerealKillaz.

Council of Ministers:

• The Council will consist of two Houses and the Prime Minister. The first house will contain those Ministers appointed by the Prime Minister. These appointed Councilors will be known as Ministers. Ministers will administer various departments within the clan in order to help with the plans of clan growth provided by the Prime Minister. This house of Councilors will be known as The Cabinet.

• • The second house of Councilors will be populated by members of CerealKillaz that have passed the approval policy. This house will be known as The Senate, and its members will be known as Senators. The approval policy will consist of the following:
    • The member must be nominated by an invited participant of a Council meeting.
    • The member must be a CerealKillaz member considered to be in good standing.
    • The member must agree to the nomination and be present for any questioning the current Council members need before approving.
    • The member must be voted and approved by a majority of Council members.

  • In the event that a Councilor (Minister OR Senator or Prime Minister) wishes to establish any new clan policy, he/she may introduce it at a regular Council meeting. If it is voted on and approved by a majority of Councilors present, then it will be introduced into the CerealKillaz procedural rules or the rules of conduct, depending on where it is appropriate.

• In the event that a Councilor finds issue with any individual clan policy, that issue will be brought up at a Council meeting. The Ministers objecting will have an opportunity to explain why they disagree with the current policy, and shall also be afforded an opportunity to suggest an alternate policy or to abolish the policy altogether.

General Officer Ranks:

• Generalisimus

: The Generalisimus will be the ranking member of the CerealKillaz organization. The Generalisimus will guide the clan in all maneuvers deemed fit by the council. The Generalisimus will work directly with the Prime Minister to ensure the safety and defense of the clan, while ensuring her longevity to the best of his or her abilities.

 

• Field Marshal

  

  (FM):  Field Marshals can make Battle Field promotions based on merit up to and including the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. Field Marshals may call a vote on any issue deemed to need immediate action for the well being of the clan. With a unanimous vote the Field Marshals may institute a “stop-gap” measure into effect immediately. These “stop-gap” measures will be reviewed by the General Officers and voted on to become permanent. Field Marshals may hold two Warrants, CWO-5 and CWO, which can be applied to any NCO as deemed fit by the FM.

• General

  
  (Gen): In the event that the Field Marshals are split on an item, usually the Gen with the longest tenure will be brought in to decide the vote, and the other Gens, if any exist, will be consulted for advice on the issue. Usually these cases end up in the vote having to go to all the Generals in CK. Generals may also make Field promotions immediately effective up to Sergeant Major. Holds one warrant of CWO-4 which can be applied to any NCO as deemed fit by the Gen.

   
   

• Lieutenant General

  

  (LtGen): Lieutenant Generals have demonstrated Loyalty and the time and ability necessary to accomplish the job of Lieutenant General. The Lieutenant General’s primary area of responsibilities shall be to develop Officers for advancement and will issue reports on the progress of those deemed promotable to the council of Field Marshals. The LtGen May make merit based battlefield promotions up to the rank of First Sergeant. The LtGen holds one warrant of CWO-3 which can be applied to any NCO as deemed fit by the LtGen.

• Major General

  

  (MajGen): Major General is a most demanding position. MajGens will work closely with their Brigadier Generals to ensure Military Clan Business gets accomplished. This requires a truly committed and loyal member and will require a premium of time be spent on clan business, as such they have demonstrated the desire and ability to accomplish these responsibilities and deserve our respect. The MajGen may make Battlefield promotions up to Master Gunnery Sergeant and holds one warrant of CWO-2 which can be applied to any NCO as deemed fit by the MajGen.

• Brigadier General

  
  (BGen): Brigadier General is a long tenured C. K. Officer and has shown the ability to lead and desire to make C.K. a better clan. Their advice is vital to how we do business in this clan. The BGen may make Battlefield promotions up to Senior Master Sergeant and holds one warrant of CWO which can be applied to any NCO as deemed fit by the BGen.

   

• Colonel

  
  (Col): Colonel is the highest Field Officer rank attainable in CK. This rank is only achieved by those that show a good amount of loyalty to the clan. Since Colonel is the last rung on the ladder before the general officer ranks (see above), a Colonel should demonstrate an ability and desire to lead in some area of the clan before seeking further promotion.Holds one warrant of WO which can be applied to any NCO as deemed fit by the Col.

• Lieutenant Colonel

  
  (LtCol): LtCols are generally long-tenured CKz and have all the rights afforded an officer of CK.

• Major

  
  (Maj): Majors have demonstrated extreme loyalty to CK.

• Captain

  
  (Cpt): Captain is the lowest rank one may have and be the Chief of any Department Head's staff. (exception to this rule is Warrant Officer, and only if the Department Head holds said WO's warrant). Captains may select one Senior Master Sergeant to perform necessary tasks as deemed fit by the Captain.

• First Lieutenant

  
  (1stLt): no description of duties needed here, has all rights as 2ndLt as far as Field promotions go, generally denotes a longer tenure served in CK, and is just another rung on the ladder to the general officer ranks.

• Second Lieutenant

  
  (2ndLt): Lowest rank available to captain a chapter of CK (exception: Warrant Officers of any grade, First Knight). 2ndLt and above may make Field Promotions up to Sergeant.

The following section will be used to describe the duties of a Warrant Officer in the CerealKillaz Organization:

Upon achieving a rank of Colonel or above, a CerealKillaz Officer may begin to issue a certain number of warrants to non-commissioned officers. The roles of these Warrant Officers (WO) will usually depend on the role of the Issuing Officer (IO), and the IO's rank in the CerealKillaz Organization. The WO will be designated by the rank of the individual IO. If an IO has multiple Warrants, then the one with the higher number designation will usually serve and be deferred to as the higher ranking individual when the IO is not present, however, this depends on the IO. WOs may vote on anything that gets voted on in meetings that they are able to attend, which include all meetings and ballots that the individual IO they are assigned to are able to participate in. WOs may not initiate votes at these meetings, however. Warrant Officers report directly to their IOs in all matters of clan business. This is why it is important for CK Officers to take the choices for WOs very important. To see which officers get which warrants, please read the individual officer descriptions above.

The following section will be used to describe special designations that can be earned by CerealKillaz Officerz:

Chief of Staff

Chief of Staff is a title that designates its holder as the lead member of any General Officer's staff. A Chief of Staff must hold at least a rank of Captain. A Chief of Staff's duties and responsibilities will be determined by the Department Head he/she is assigned to and will remain in the confines of that department's area of influence.

Chapter Captain

• Chapter Captain is a position that can be earned by any CerealKillaz Officer over the rank of Major.
• This position will be beholden to the Field Marshals and the Advisory Staff on matters of recruitment.
• The chapter captain will be responsible for knowing and following the current recruiting process of the clan.

 

The Next Section will be expanded as necessary to describe special ranks of Non-Commissioned Officers:

• Senior Master Sergeant
  
  
• (SMSgt): Senior Master Sergeant will assist the officer they are assigned to as deemed fit by the officer. In order to be deemed fit to be a Senior Master Segeant or above, a user must be active in multiple areas of the clan (ventrilo, website, in-game, PREs, etc.) and also must have an email address registered at cerealkillaz.org. If a Senior Master Sergeant is assigned to the Chief of Staff of any Department he/she may, with the approval of his/her assigned officer, choose no more than 1 enlisted CerealKilla to serve as a Staff Sergeant in order to further the plans of the Department he/she serves.
